Soft launching Publisher: The Ministry of Finance  ـــ Date: 31/07/2007    Within the scope of the Egyptian e-government initiative and the automation of the procurement cycle in the government, an e-procurement portal was developed and published over the internet. The portal is soft launched for the public starting from 1/8/2007. Suppliers can register their data on the portal starting from this date.
