Who is the supplier?
The registered supplier is a supplier who wants to work with the government (any government entity) and who accept the terms and conditions of the government procurement law. After the central registration on the portal and reviewing the official documents of the supplier, the government accepts the supplier and he is allowed to enter on the portal and contribute in different tenders.
I am a supplier, how can I register on the portal?
You can register with a few simple steps: 1- Choose from registration, supplier link. 2- Specify the nearest organization to submit your papers in. 3- Enter the required data and press submit. 4- Submit your official papers to the nearest organization.
After approval you will get your password on your email. And after this you will be able to work with the portal as a registered supplier in all the government organizations utilizing the portal.
After registration, what is the services that will be available to me?
After registration, you will be allowed to view the published tenders, ask question on open tenders, bid on them (technically and financially), modify your bid, and cancel the bid if you want. In addition you can submit any suggestions on the portal.
How can I present an electronic technical/financial bid?
To present a bid, you must first buy the RFP from the government organization then you must follow the following steps: 1- Go to the tenders menu. 2- Select opened tenders. 3- Select the tender you want to submit a bid in it. 4- Select present a bid. 5- Enter your bid details. 6- Press save to save the data or submit to submit your final proposal.

You can join it by contacting the project representative in Ministry of State for Administrative Development.
What are the benefits from using the portal?
Once you are registered on the portal, you can publish your tenders on it, view the offers presented, cancel a tender if necessary, and select the best bid (after technical and financial e-evaluation). In addition, to present a requisition to the General Authority for Government Services for central procured items.
